Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the mamojewelry.com website (the “Service”) operated by Ma Mo Jewelry (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Refunds for Stock items

In-Stock items can be returned within 3 days of receipt in their original unworn, unscratched condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Ma Mo Packaging. If you decide to return your purchase, please contact us first so we can give you the instructions for mailing. Once we receive the item and we inspect things to determine if a refund is warranted. Buyer must pay return shipping, insurance, and proved a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Custom Orders and Warranty

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you find any defect in the craftsmanship, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issue. Gemstones and Diamonds are not guaranteed against scratches, chips, and wear and tear. Please purchase a private insurance policy to protect your piece against damage, loss, or theft.  If we find that work has been done to the piece by a third party after purchase, any guarantee is void.
If you find your jewelry needs to be repaired due to a fault of craftsmanship, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will give you shipping instructions to send the piece back to us. If you decide to have your item repaired by a local jeweler, the cost of the repair will not be covered under warranty unless first approved by us.
If for any reason you experience any issue with your jewelry, please contact us.
We want you to wear and enjoy your fine jewelry. Please understand jewelry is not indestructible, with the proper stewardship it will last generations. Would you wear your finest clothing working in your garden or rock climbing?

Shipping Policy

We will ship your items out within 5-7 business days of placing your order and our insurance is included on all pieces shipped. Once the item has been signed for, our insurance is released from the order. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you require special shipping options, please contact us before placing the order so we can arrange this for you.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ma Mo Jewelry and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ma Mo Jewelry.
